What regions do you design in?
We design and install short-term rentals nationwide.
When should I reach out?
We recommend beginning your design project while you're still under contract. This allows you to order furniture immediately after closing and to list your property as soon as possible.
How long does a project take?
For our virtual design service, designs are delivered approximately 4-5 weeks after signing on. The initial weeks are spent conducting market research and developing a tailored strategy for your property. Following that, we spend two weeks in the design phase, sourcing furniture and crafting the final design.
The full project management service adds another 6 weeks onto your project completion timeframe. Those first 5 weeks (post-design phase) are spent ordering furnishings, managing contractors, and strategizing for photography. During week 6, two team members will manage the final stages of the design installation onsite, finishing up with the photoshoot.
Do you help select the amenities for the property?
Yes, our research includes analyzing the market to identify the amenities that will position your property at the top of the market.
Do you help determine the optimal guest count?
Yes, we analyze your market's data to identify the ideal guest count for your property. Additionally, we strategize the best bed types to suit your target audience's preferences, such as king beds, rooms with two queens, or bunk rooms.
When will furniture arrive?
We only source items that are in stock and ready to ship, ensuring a delivery lead time of 3 weeks or less. If an item is backordered, we will select an alternative to ensure you can list your property promptly.
